1. General Conditions
By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Product Representation
Images displayed on our website are taken under optimal lighting conditions. Actual product colors may vary due to lighting and device settings.
Product pricing is determined by factors such as production time, taxes, and market conditions, and is at the sole discretion of Little Crafts.
The final product’s appearance is dependent on the quality of images provided by the customer. High-resolution images yield better results.
3. Customization and Delivery
Customization will proceed even if limited images or no text are provided.
Delivery timelines will be adjusted based on when customization details are fully submitted. Delays may occur if design approvals are slow.
Certain components sourced locally may not carry guarantees regarding performance or lifespan.
Handcrafted products do not come with warranties or guarantees.
Claims for damage during transit must be reported within 2-3 days, along with a video or clear images of the issue.
Product specifications regarding weight, size, and color are approximate; we are not liable for any discrepancies.
Gift hampers are delivered only once with prior notification.
Little Crafts is not responsible for any damage incurred from product usage.
Claims for broken fragile items must be reported on the day of delivery, along with proper evidence.
Perishable items, including sweets and flowers, are only delivered once.
4. Gift Delivery
Deliveries are managed by third-party carriers; we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Delays due to weather or other unavoidable events are not our responsibility.
If you are unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the gift may be returned to our office for pickup.
Ensure your delivery address is accurately registered; failure to do so may lead to complications.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays and are subject to the carrier's terms.
Duplicate orders will be confirmed with you; if unreachable, we will decide the next steps.
Modifications to orders are accepted within 24 hours of booking.
Text and images provided by you will be used as submitted; we are not liable for errors in your submissions.
7. Use of Client Images
Client images posted on our social media can be removed upon request.
Images shared by clients using our hashtags may be reposted with gratitude.
8. Website Use
Unauthorized use of content from littlecrafts.com for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.
Reproducing or distributing content without permission may result in legal action.
Any unethical cyber activity, including hacking, will be prosecuted.
Misleading inquiries or false orders may lead to legal consequences.
Downloading or capturing website content is strictly prohibited.
Clients agree to receive promotional and transactional communications from Little Crafts via email and SMS.
