Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized orders may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the items, and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders above Rupees 899/- (domestic only).

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times may vary, typically taking 10-20 business days.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at littlecraftshelp@gmail.com or call us at 8278650494, and we will assist in tracking the shipment. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items During Shipping

  • We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

 

GIFTS:–

 

If a gift order is cancelled by the customer, the refund process would be:

 

Cancelling in 24hours from the ordered time – 80% refund.

 

Cancelling in four days from the ordered time – 60% refund, post one week, it would not be refunded and could be used as store credits.

 

Please note that any amount will not be refunded if the order’s work has already begun by the time of refund request.

 

Any amount will not be refunded for the cancellations with lesser than the above mentioned periods.

 

If a gift order is cancelled by us due to any unforeseen circumstances, the full amount would be refunded to the customers.
